C-SPAN Middle & High School Teacher Fellowship Program

Applications for the Summer, 2003 Fellowship are now available online.

Every year, the C-SPAN Education Foundation and the cable industry offer the Middle & High School Teacher Fellowship to teachers who have demonstrated creative use of C-SPAN in the classroom. Each summer, the Fellows come to Washington, DC for four weeks to work with members of C-SPAN's Community Relations Department to develop print, video and online materials for the classroom. Read feedback from previous Fellows or meet the 2002 Fellows.

If you are new to teaching with C-SPAN, or not yet enrolled in our FREE membership service, join now and receive more information about C-SPAN in the Classroom and the Fellowship.

Teachers and cable affiliates may contact C-SPAN in the Classroom for more information.

C-SPAN Archives Grants

The C-SPAN Archives Grants are awarded to middle and high school teachers and college/university professors who submit creative proposals for using the network's programming in the classroom or in research projects.

Awardees are granted the videotapes of their choice from the extensive collection in the C-SPAN Archives.

Applicants should send a 500 to 750 word description of the project in which they plan to use C-SPAN programming and a list of the requested C-SPAN Archives programs (along with prices), along with their curriculum vitae or resume to:
