Both cases, Boumediene v. Bush and Al Odah v. U.S., will be argued together before the Court, and addresses whether the Military Commissions Act of 2006 unconstitutionally stripped the federal courts of jurisdiction to hear cases brought by Guantanamo Bay detainees.

The Court will make the recording available to the media soon after the conclusion of the oral argument. It will air on C-SPAN 3, C-SPAN Radio and online at www.c-span.org as soon as it is released.
