Hearing on Improving Wartime Contracts

The Special Inspectors for Iraq & Afghanistan Reconstruction released their quarterly reports on the regions, and testified on their findings before the Commission on Wartime Contracting. The hearing comes as the State Dept. announced they will not renew the contract with the private security firm Blackwater.
