Minnesota U.S. Senate Election Recount

Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie (D) talked about the recount for the November 2008 election for Minnesota's seat in the U.S. Senate. He also went over the details of the recount including the length of time allowed for recounts, voter verification, and how a national recount could be handled. "Minnesota Election Recount" was a session of the 2009 Legislative Conference held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.
