Defense Appropriations Subcommittee Member Rep. Jack Kingston goes over the defense appropriations bill that the House passed Thursday, by a vote of 395-34. The bill provides $128 billion for war operations and has a 3.4% pay raise for the military. Republicans, including Rep. Kingston, objected to the bill covering nondefense programs as well.
