The American Enterprise Institute hosted a discussion on "Health Reform: Then and Now." The panel discussed efforts by past administrations to reform health care. Next week, Sen. Max Baucus (D-MT) is releasing the Senate Finance Cmte. draft bill for health care legislation and will begin a mark-up session the week of September 21.
