Brookings Institution Discussion of Peter Rodman's "Presidential Command"

The Brookings Institution held a discussion on "Presidential Command," a book written by fmr. Asst. Sec. of Defense Peter Rodman. He served as a foreign policy adviser to Presidents from Richard Nixon to George W. Bush. Mr. Rodman died from complications of leukemia in 2008.
