April Unemployment hits 8.9%

President Obama spoke on jobs and training in reaction to the Bureau of Labor Statistics' report, which showed that the unemployment rate for April climbed to 8.9 percent, with an additional 539,000 jobs lost. Also, the Joint Economic Cmte. held a hearing on the employment numbers.
